THIS is shaved ice. So delicious! It's a treat in Taiwan and this one is covered in fresh mango chunks, mango syrup, and mango sorbet. Like ice cream, you can order many different toppings. We'll definitely be ordering shaved ice during your retreat.

Taiwan is known for making delicious and beautiful pastries. You also can't walk 20 yards without bumping into a tea or coffee shop. This one is my favorite coffee shop located just around the corner from the hotel we'll be staying in. I'll make sure you know how to find it too during our retreat!

Taipei 101 was once the tallest building in the world. You'll find out how amazing the views from the top are on your retreat.
Whether I’m quilting, cooking, playing music, or exploring new cultures, my mind is always buzzing with ideas. Traveling fuels my creativity - each new place offers fresh inspiration from its architecture, colors, nature, and people. I believe in sharing these experiences and learning from others along the way.
Join me on an adventure to Taiwan (October 2025 or April 2026), where I’ll guide you through the Northern part of Taiwan, where I lived for 7 years with my family, and we’ll stay in luxury while we explore, create, and connect.
